RE : Alan Kippax and Chief Kaneekaneet v. CBSA
The nation is composed of citizens; who are created by statute. CANADA BORDER SERVICES AGENCY (CBSA) is mandated to ensure due process of entrance and egress of parties who may be entitled to be deemed as "citizens".
QUESTION : Where does Canada deport an indigenous person; namely, an Original People [This terms is used here with specific intent and lawful relevance] ???
RELEVANCE : Which matter of law is paramount when a dispute evolves around the presence of custom and tradition ???
SPECIFICALLY : CBSA has Mister Alan Kippax (n.b. Wendy Mesley, CBC) in custody; with a declared intent to deport him ASAP - contingent upon the settlement of other prevailing charges that are both criminal and civil in nature.

JURISDICTION OF LAW : The adoption of Alan Kippax is not being recognized by Canada. This matter is contained in a catalogue of complaint citations submitted to the UN Security Council under Chapter 7 - illicit military occupation (not endorsed by preceding UNSC endorsement).

The Canada Truth and Reconciliation Commission (CTRC) is in the process of completing its information and statement gathering. This conflict has been submitted to the attention of this CTRC.
Mister Kippax seeks vindication of allegations against him in Canada. And, his petitions for bail have been, to date, refused.
Several advocacy and research parties continue to be assisting Mister Kippax in obtaining fair and complete hearings on these matters of citizenship.
Salus populi suprema est lex - the right of the People is the supreme law.
Treaty provisions between Original Peoples and parties seeking to establish commerce and trade relations have been established in Turtle Island North / Canada since 1613 by the Two Row Wampum Iroquois Confederacy entering into friendly trade with Dutch merchants.
